The notification will be sent to the author if the paper is accepted for publication and presentation at the conference. Please read the acceptance letter carefully and register according to the steps.

For Abstract

The abstract cannot be published, but it can be presented in the conference if it is accepted. Please read the acceptance letter carefully and register according to the steps after you receive the notification.

For Delegates with NO SUBMISSION

To register as a listener (non-presenter participant), please send an email to marinestic@umrah.ac.id with the following subject line:

  • Subject: Non-Presenter Participant of MARINESTIC
  • Please include the following information in your email:
    1. Full Name
    2. Affiliation
    3. Mode of Attendance (Onsite or Virtual)
    4. Proof of Payment



Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellations must be received in writing (email) to the Conference Secretary. Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from the Conference Secretary.
  2. 30 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
  3. 10-20 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
  4. Within 5 days ahead of the conference: no refund
